I don't know about their pizza, but you got to love their oven. 

I wonder if the author knows the "wire cages" are actually old mixer wire whips?

The Acunto oven is really nice to see, and I dig the look of the pies she is producing.

I wish there were more pictures of the pizza. Even on the internet there aren't very many.

I also thought it was kind of bizarre that the name of the article is "Secrets of the Glittering Pizza Oven," and there isn't even a picture of their beautiful oven.

Thanks for the info Peter. I lived in that neighborhood longer ago than I care to say. It was gentrifying from a working class Italian area then and was just turning into a food destination around the time I left. Now the celebrity chefs are coming...wow! I recognize that storefront as a Thai place we used to go. There was a great old school Italian place, Sam's that made Lombardies style pizza (no coal, real hot gas) nearby. Just looked it up and it's still there!
