Introduction

I've been working on perfecting a pizza recipe for use at home and stumbled across this forum while searching for Chicago Style Thin Crust.  I've just finished the Generic Chicago Thin Crust thread and cannot wait to try this out this weekend.  I think I finally found exactly what I have been looking for after making too many New York style pizzas and just not being satisfied.  I can't wait to start trying out all the great ideas and recipes I found here!
