Hi! I am JimV from central Illinois. I've been making pizzas for many years but really just started to get good at it over the last couple. My recipe is based on Jeff Verasano's pizza recipe and technique. I had a chance to visit his restaurant in Atlanta a he sat and talked to us for almost two hours! That visit really got me going on my pizza quest. When I got back I ordered a sour dough starter packet and grew my own starter and my pizzas really started to get good. Hoping to pick up some new tips and techniques and generally enjoy reading about pizza making.
