NE NJ Grande Clone Group Buy

Due to the lack of NE NJ users on the forum, this is a bit of a long shot, but I'm looking for 2 people to split a loaf of Grande clone with me- 2 pounds a piece. I'd freeze it if I could, but my freezer is frost free and the thaw cycles would trash it.

It might be Grande or it could be another comparable food service mozzarella, depending on the word on the street as to which one is the best at a given time. Right now, both Grande and Polly-O are wild cards.

Gee I always buy Grande Cheese by the case and I am from the NJ area also.
I never thought of splitting a case,I always give half the case to friends for free since the Grande
is kinda cheap in price by the case..JT

I'll split the loaf   scott. I can use it up over these cold winter months with no fire   gonna do some NY ish stuff in the wolf oven soon

John, it looks like it's just you and me.  I think I  can work with half a brick (3.5#?). Are you still traveling a lot for work?  Are you getting down to Morris County much.  If I buy it, can I meet you down around my neck of the woods?

JT, where are you getting Grande by the case, and how much are you paying for it, if I may ask?

I get my Cases of Grande from Bova foods
I have bought cases of Shreded blends of east coast blend (30lbs six 5lb bags per case}
for anywhere from $63 - $92 depends on the market.
I don't get why split a loaf?I can see splitting a case with someone....JT

Yes Scott I can meet youin morristown area Shall I bring a scale? sure hope we dont get caught cutting up the goods. I like fresh case just too much! and dont like to freeze for more than  30 days. lets me know or call I understand the new Meatball place with the stefano is open in Morristown glad to  meet you there for lunch too!
