Costco in Canada is carrying this new product,its made by saputo.Originally for pizza stores,now offered to the public.
Here is what they say in there ad,perfect blend of butterfat and moisture,providing it witha lustrous silky texture,a rich butternut dairy flavour,perfect browning and a smooth and irresistible melt.
I will have to get some and report back.

This company is crazy, at their booth at the NY pizza show I found outh that they had something like 6 different whole milk mozzarellas.

Scott R.I have tried to get the cheese at 2 different costcos but have been unable to find it yet.
The ad says it was formulated for pizzerias,it supposedly tastes better and has better cooking characteristics(browning).
When I find some I will report on my findings.

What's the difference between Mozzaarellissima and Mozzarella?

Offhand, I'd guess about a moonie a kilo.

I finally managed to get some of this cheese,cost was $10.99/kilo.The cheese is pre shredded and has the same percents of moisture and butter fat as there saputo brick whole milk cheese mozz.
I bought a brick to do a side by  side comparison.(block vs shredded.)
I have two doughs rising at the moment and will report back later.
I was also able to get divella 00 pizza flour at Seacore in Toronto(they had 4 or 5 different delverde flours,the one i got says pizza on the bag).So some experimenting is going to be done.

I did the side by side comparison and they taste very much alike.The mozzarellisimo tasted better cold and reheated though.
I still have not had a chance to try the 00 flour though,so I will report back later on that.
