Calzone first attempt
«

Was going to take a shot at making calzones (cheese, spinach and pepperoni). The question I have is: Do I need to pre-cook the pepperoni? Thanks in advance.

I have never precooked pepperoni for a calzone. It is thin enough to cook sufficiently. Something like sausage I would precook it a bit since it is thicker and u dont want to be eating raw pork.
