Here is an odd one. I injected a burrata with grappa and placed it on a marinara. When you cut into the burrata, the cream, grappa and curds inside spilled out and mixed with the tomatoes to approximate an Italian American vodka sauce. Very tasty.

That is awesomely devious and delicious sounding.

Grappa makes me insane. I have a genetic defect in my ability to process it into the D-isomer (the inactive enantiomer).

Only thing worse (for me) is how I act with Jaegermeister. Do you have a pizza with that in it?
