I ended up using imitation mozzarella today on my pizza and that stuff was just ick!
I usually just make 8" size personal pizzas in order to cut down on overeating and I could only eat half before I had to stop eating. To add to it, I was starting to freak out a little because it felt like the cheese was clogging up my body as it went down.
It's not perfect and it costs a little more but I'll definitely keep sticking with the low moisture part skim for sure.
