There are quite a few nutritional documents like this and they are excellent resources for health conscious individuals. Some of my favorites are: Nutrition Data
http://nutritiondata.self.com/ and the USDA Data Base for Standard References
http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ and the app I use on my iPhone is Foodwatts–which works nicely as a quick food composition reference.
What is nice about the USDA website is that they are now incorporating phytochemicals (e.g. lycopene, lutin, etc) into their food composition tables. As our knowledge of various nutrients and their role in normal metabolic functions is ever expanding, I would expect this list to grow and eventually an RDA, or more likely Upper Limit, to be ascribed to these chemicals as well.
