Just found this site and I am glad I did.  I have been working on the perfect pizza crust for months and find that I have been working blind.  I didn't even know about High Gluten flour until I read the Bread Bakers Apprentice.  I look forward to learning a lot and hopefully one day spread some wisdom of my own.

Randy, welcome to the forum. Learn all you can and then some more. Cooking, baking and pizza making, a life long journey. Glad you found us. If you get a chance post some of the details of your pies in the general pizza making forum or any of the specific pizza type forums that apply. Ask lots of questions , you will gets some great help here.
