Hi Tom, that was a can of S&W crushed tomatoes in puree, with garlic, oregano, olive oil, and salt. The cheese was some shredded Tillamook that was on sale. I think this is going to be my new go to method for pizza, although I still have to preheat the oven for an hour. Perhaps next time I will try to pan rise, heat on the stove and then cook under the broiler.
