What style pizza are you making ? How do you find the sourcing of ingredients down under

This was the only pizza I have had in the Keys http://www.boardwalkpizzaria.com/ Not too bad for Florida. And being from NJ, it was a bit of home away from home seeing all the pictures on the wall of the Jersey Shore that I grew up with...and I believe the owners are from Pt. Pleasant. Where are you located?
