Super Bowl Pies ?

Yeah I know that this is a very SERIOUS discussion forum, but what the hey!!!!!!

What are you cooking for yourselves and or guests this Sunday for SB?

My lovely wife and I are venturing to our next door neighbors to watch the game and EAT.

I am baking 3 pies, Spicy Italian Sausage with traditional tomato sauce, Smoked Vermont Pepperoni with same sauce and a white pie, EVOO,garlic and basil infused sauce, Mexican green onion, baby tomatoes, Chiles.
All pies with fresh mozz and aged provolone .

I am baking deep dish pies with pepperoni (VT Cure of course) and sausage. And I am going to use natural starter for the dough.

John, I guess you and I are the only ones baking pies. Mine go on in 30 min, hope I get them (3) done in that time. Started heating the stone 30 min ago.
