Hi I'm Flo and from Devon in the UK. I've been lurking for a while picking up tips ... Thankyou!! I've always made my pizzas from recipes I've found in books but they all are very quick "emergency" pizzas. After reading your posts about allowing days for the dough to prove in the fridge I'm all ready to try these out now!  ;D
