Hi All,
I am new here. My wife and I have been thinking about a pizza oven for the back yard for a few years. Last week on one of those DIY shows they showed a wood fired oven and my wife said "I want one of those". Of course within ten minutes I was contacting an outdoor fireplace guy to come and take a look at our yard
So, I have been reading your forums here for the past few days and hope to contribute to the conversation as I learn about making pizza.
For other North Carolinians, I am in the Chapel Hill area.
