First off, thank you for all the great information on this site thus far. I've been viewing the forum discussion for a few years now in my different quests for pizza, and it's been highly educational and enjoyable! I'm glad that I've finally gotten around to joining!
My name is Derrick, I live in the Chicago burbs, and I love eating/making pizza (along with many other types of food, but pizza has been the focus lately!)
