Toscana Fresh Mozzarella

I was in a local restaurant supply store today and was looking for some brick mozzarella. Has anyone used this cheese? They only had Toscana and Sorrento. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

This might be a good opportunity for you to buy some and report back. I have seen that brand but have never purchased it.

I see what you guys are saying. I just didnt want to blow $20 on a brick if it was crap  :-D Next time Im in that store I will pick some up and report back.

I would be very interested in how this turns out for you as well.  I don't have any real specialty Italian foods distributors around me, and this is one of the few options that the local GFS can get in for me.
