I finally signed up
I've been on these forums from time and time again. I've made a little black egg, which I am still getting used to, and on occasion can make some fantastic pizzas. But, as I am learning, consistly good results are harder to come by. Things always seem to fall apart when I've invited guests over for pizza night (Murphy's Law, right?).
Im located in the middle of long island, and yes, I have access to some of the best pizza places around, service both new york street style pizza and more authentic style neopolitan, which is really what I am trying to replicate.
