Well, I'm working on it. First new dough batch from scratch, hand stretch, homemade sauce, etc. I have some work to do but it's coming along.

So, let me get this straight...
First ever hand stretch. First ever dough made from scratch. And second non parbaked pizza- second time using a peel to launch a raw topped skin.
