Hello everyone, I came across this site the other day when searching for the best pizza dough. We actually made our second pizza dough on last Superbowl Sunday and was quite successful in shape and taste but failed in texture department. So I'm back and want to start practising to perfect my pizza making technique. I'm so glad that I found this forum.
