I currently live in Orange County, CA but originally hail from Indiana, neither of which are pizza hot spots but I found my way nevertheless. I discovered this forum a few times accidentally looking for information or further discussion on NY style techniques as well as the particular discussion on Monical's pizza, an old time favorite of mine that I no longer can get here in CA.
I look forward to learning a lot and eventually contributing my part to the wealth of knowledge here!
