Big Green Pizza Truck
« on: January 04, 2006, 12:01:05 AM »
I saw this pizza truck on the food network and it looked interesting and good.  The guy sets up at events such as weddings, parties, etc.  The oven is wood fired and the pizzas looked excellent.  The people interviewed raved about it.

I think the owner is a member of the forum.  If you look back through old posts you will find some of his comments and info about his operation.

Actually, the fellow on the forum uses a small pick-up truck and electric ovens (or maybe they were propane?) This Big Green Pizza Truck says that it uses a brick oven.

I stand corrected! I was thinking about the other guy who uses a different rig.
