Hey everybody! My Name is Randy and I'm just your run of the mill home cook, but I love my pizza. I happened upon your site while trying to find a clone of Donatoes pizza. I put it to the test and I must say my family thinks it's close enough to the real thing to satisfy are cravings which is a good thing since we now live 700 miles from the nearest location. I reside in the mid-west now and I found a pizza place around St. Louis called Fortell's Pizza Den, anybody else heard of it, we love it and everytime we pass threw St Louis we have to stop.

Randini, welcome to the PM forum. I am not familiar with either of those pies. How would you describe them?
Sounds like you are an accomplished pizza maker. Perhaps you could share your technique so those of us who need help might benefit from your knowledge.
