My name is Bob and I'm new here. I grew up in a predominantly Italian neighborhood in New York so my exposure to pizza or "hot pie" is considerable. I grew up in a time before Pizza Hut and Dominoes, where depending on which day it was and what restaurant you were sitting in at the time, was your 'favorite.' Each was unique and superb and I loved them all. Now I live in Florida where, alas, finding anything comparable is rare and often fruitless. There are three in town that may capture the essence and one of the places is my own kitchen though I still think there is always room for improvement and that's why I'm here.
