Panzarotti Dough ? Anyone ?

I’m trying to get at the heart of how to make panzarotti dough. Theres a lot of recipes on the net but nothing like the ones in Camden/central Jersey area.

Think a hybrid of pizza and empanada dough.
Thanks

teeky,
Natephish posted about Panzarotti and Marco told what Panzarotti was at

PUPATELLA also posted that him and his partner Enzo Algarme also made Panzarotti.

If you read more in this thread Marco also talked about Pizza Fritta which is also fried.
Maybe other members might be able to help you with the Panzarotti dough, but it might be just a regular pizza dough.
I tried different fried doughs here on the forum, but haven’t tried to make Panzarotti.
