on a respectful quest for pizza knowledge

Hello All,
I live in the Southern US and I am interested in learning the art of quality pizza making, from deck ovens vs conveyors, sauces, flours & dough, etc. I am contemplating the opening of a pizza establishment soon. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to use this forum and I look forward to great conversation.
