I am from the Midwest (Wisconsin). I am 41. I have always enjoyed cooking (not professional), I enjoy good food made fresh. I have always gravitated towards Italian cuisine (I'm not Italian)..... I think it is OK to cook Italian even if you are not Italian?
I started making deep dish pizza about 20 years ago, I think they are pretty good, however I have always wanted to master the thin crust. In trying and trying to get a thin crust I was happy with, I stumbled upon the Neapolitan and this website....for the most part I have abandoned the thin crust and have been making a Neapolitan style crust in my modified oven, recently I have been flirting with the idea of WFO.
That's my current situation.
