That is one fine looking pizza Chicago Bob, hope it tastes as good as it looks. I've never seen that brand of cheese locally, but I have a secret source of my own for some exceptional stuff.
Well thank you dmcavanagh...I couldn't have done it without you  :-[  (used your 50/50, AP&00 recipe).
It tasted real fine...when I cut it though all the goodness inside the cupped VT pepperoni ran out an saturated the center crust on the slices. But it was a faaantastic tasting pizza. :)

Does anyone have a good coal oven pizza(sauce applied last w/oil drizzle)dough recipe that they think might work in the Lil Deni oven....thanks!
