Avro, welcome to the forum. I have and use a 2 Stone Grill model. I however do not live in your area, except that I am on the same coast. I would be happy to help in any way I can and with the use of pics and descriptions we might be able to Accomplish something.

Too bad you are down south. Will have to wait if i get an Airshow to fly down there in god's country.
I have WFO and I am playing with an idea for something i can fire quicker.
I was thinking of a grill unit but integrating it with its own burner without spending too much.
