Hi just joined and looking forward to learning how to make pizza. I live in Arizona and the pizza here is great ! Chariot Pizza is my fav. I hope I can learn how to make pizza like the kind we found on the Carnival cruse ship called the Magic. Thin crust, tangy sauce and great toppings. Antimo Caputo flour was used, but don't know the sause..... Anyway, hope I can duplicate, or make a pie even better I don't have an oven stone, just an oven, so I look forward to the info on this site. Thanks and have a great day ! paw

Welcome to the forum, I'd have to say you're the first one I've seen looking to replicate a cruise ship pizza. But nonetheless, I wish you the best in your attempts. I know phoenix has one of the most famous pizza places in the US, Biancos, so you have that to go to if you're in that area.
