Hello all! My name is Tristian, I am 16 years old, and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I have been going deeper and deeper into the world of pizza making. My absolute favorite type of pizza is Ny style. Since I cannot see, I go for taste and texture to see if the pizzas I've made are perfect. To make my pizzas, I use my bread machine to make the dough, and usually together with family or friends dress the pizza. I have read posts on this forum, and thought that I'd join the fun. I am glad that I've joined and am very excited to meet pizza lovers on here. I can't wait to see what lays ahead of me.
