I have been doing my own pizzas for a couple of years now, literally every Friday night is pizza night. My kids wonder what is going off if we do anything else
I have had some spectacular results, and am always chasing that magic moment when i get it just right, not burnt (!) fairly rigid, crispy-ish bite and chewy interior. I am pretty consistent these days, however have suffered with some sloppy, need a knife and fork messes from time to time.
My intention is to research these forums and get better, would like to master the holy grail for me, a decent wholemeal pizza dough.
