Intro

Hello all from GA USA

Pizza, I love eating it and even enjoy preparing it. ;D

Thought I knew a bit about pizza but reading some of the threads here, dang I have allot to learn; what an awesome resource though, tons of information here.

I'm cooking on my Big Green Egg and in the kitchen oven, any words of wisdom for a novice?

The "perfect" crust recipe?

Experiment and stick with it. There are so many variables, what is "perfect" for someone else will probably not be perfect for you.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
