Just a quick hello to confess that I stumbled onto this site yesterday while trying to educate myself on YouTube and other pizza-making sources. Although in an earlier life I was an applied physiologist (cardiac rehab), I just can't withstand the worldly and fattening pleasures of pizza. I could eat it every day!
When asked to express my favorite pizza and was given only about 20 characters in the registration form, I had to wonder just how dedicated you guys are! The truth is, I'm kind of a pizza slut... I've only encountered a few I would turn down. But having said that, I strive to make each pizza better than the previous one.
I'm a humble beginner, having only made 20 or so pies, so I'm looking to add a substantial amount of wisdom from this fount-site of knowledge!
