I just joined the forum. I live in northern Alabama and built my brick oven a year ago. As soon as I can figure out how to post a picture, I'll show you what it looks like. I cook mostly pizzas, but I have tried my hand at whole chickens, and bread. I would really like to get better at making bread - it just takes so much time. I'm looking forward to sharing tips and techniques.
