Hey rothiii.  first of all, the pizza looks delicious, and I'm sure it tastes great!  that said, its not an especially authentic deep dish pie (for reasons already mentioned)...  widespreadpizza wasn't trying to insult you or hurt your feelings, but was just trying to help.  You should be thankful that he is being honest and taking time to give advice!    if you do some reading on these forums, you'll see that this is what this place is all about.

Many threads on this forum condense years of trial and error to near perfection in days not years.  Again,  I meant no disrespect and only wanted to point out that you could improve.  Not many people come here saying look what I can do.  They come here to learn.  I apologize if you are not looking to improve.  -Marc
