I do have a 'dedicated' morning baker......me! Lol
I am going to do the mornings then go home and rest then come back and make the pizzas in the evenings along with all the prep too as I am the only person that works in my kitchen.
Yeah that was a baguette that I posted, I just filled it with beef and homemade aaoli. Stunk of garlic all night but was well worth it! :-)
