Hi, My name is Matt from Kensington Ca.  I've been making pizza in my outdoor wood fired over for about 18 months.  I constructed it using the method in Kilo Denzers book.  I've been a career chef for over 30 years but I love cooking in my spare time especially over wood fires. I fire up my Indian Tandoor, rotisserie, or the BBQ whenever I can.
The hair on your arms really serves no purpose.
