Making Sicilian Pizza---Aluminum or Steel Pan?

I know that when making Sicilian pizza as they do here in Brooklyn, that it is cooked in square metal pans. My question is, what is the best type of pan to use? Aluminum or Steel? What are the differences, benefits and drawbacks of each?? Thanks for any input.
