Stopped by my local Pizzaria on the hunt for good ingredients, and they had this. Anyone try it? It's part skim unfortunately, but hopefully better than the wally world cheese I've been using.
Also picked up some All-trumps, so I'm looking forward to tonight's bake.
Provolone Blend – Bacio Part Skim Cheese [low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt, and enzymes), buffalo skim milk], provolone cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), natamycin(added as a preservative).
