Long time pizza lover first time poster

My name is Tim. I live in Nashville TN. I have been in a serious committed relationship with Chicago Style pizza for about 10 years now. Although I occasionally have a little New York Style on the side, and every Friday I have the best (I have found so far) Napoletana pizza. Rather than have Chicago Style shipped in or drive the 8-9 hours every time I get a hankering, I have decided to start making my own. Wish me luck!

Tim, It's not QUITE Chicago-style and I haven't tried it yet, but Kenji Alt-Lopez wrote a terrific piece on foolproof pan
