Started a PIZZA Blog!

Hi Everyone,

I've decided to document my obsession for pizza by starting a blog.  It's a blog of all things pizza. (although topics of wine, artisan bread, Maui and Italy may sneak in from time to time). I thought blogging about the Pizza Expo trip would be a great start.   Enjoy taking pictures, learning, and sharing...so why not a blog where I can contain my obsession in one place.

I'll be blogging about the pizza tours I've taken earlier this year. And other blog material I'll be covering...my learning experience with Roberto (Keste)  this spring, pizza reviews in Maui this summer, and .....a Naples trip this fall. I am in the process of researching for (more) pizza training in the mother land and creating our own personal pizza tour!

By the way, I've added features to the blog so that you can leave comments, subscribe to the blog, and even translate the blog to another language.

@Ev: Thanks Ev!  The blog helps me keep track of my memories - life happens so fast,  sitting down with a cup of tea and reading through the entries later is just as fun.

Love it!  There is so much information that you've shared, it's amazing. Thank you.   Enjoyed the pictures taken at Keste, and the Pizza Tour 2012.  When is the next one?  It would be so cool it happens to be in May!  I will be in NYC for 2 weeks playing with dough

I don’t know when the next NYC pizza crawl will be, or if there will be another one. 

Sounds like a lot of fun to be playing with dough in NYC for 2 weeks in May.  Looking forward to that report and photos.  You do a great job in posting photos.
