Less than 3 minute pie

I baked a pie in less than 3 minutes today, can you guess what heat source used for Mighty Pizza Oven? never though it was possible...

No knead dough, 500 g king Arthur All Purpose Flour, 1/4 tsp IDY, 360 g Water, 2 tsp salt.

last weekend my wife cousin from NY was visiting, he was helping me testing MPO using lump charcoal... he asked me why don't you use XYZ, my response to him was, I can't, XYZ doesn't have enough heat. well, I was wrong. It had more than enough heat for MPO.

I think it was higher... close to 700.

In regard to heat channeling and containment, I found it safer  using my stove to than my grill. Probably there won't be many stove top this setup will work on.

I am hoping with this test to defrentiate my design from other designs. I don't think any of the other designs can do this.

Also, I am trying to show that you can use different heating source effectifvly with MPO. I wanted to do more testing with lump coal testing, but ran out of time. I think I have a simple solution to deal whith bottom stone high heat. Hopefully if will work.

Just that you have a 700F metal box in the middle of your kitchen. I've accidentally touched 350F pans just out of the oven, and that's no fun.

it is always good idea to have an extinguisher around... Baking with MPO on my stove had the same risk as cooking anything else.  I had MPO chimney widde open, it really succed all hot air up. I didn't feel any significant heat coming from the bottom.Eeven after i turned off all burners, the chimney effect kept going, I couldn't keep my hand over the chimney for more than couple of seconds.

MPO outside enclosure temp was  around 190 - 200 F
