So we were going to have company tonight. In the morning, I took out 5 balls of Reinhart dough from the fridge to rise all day. I've tweaked it like this as it works easiest for me, and I like the taste. They tend to do nothing for the first 8 hours or so, then be usable for around 2. After that, they go off like a rocket. So, everything was set for a great night of company.
Then my 6 year old threw up.
And threw up again, and again, and again, etc. Needless to say, pizza night was cancelled, and my other plans for the day got switched around.
So, long story short, some of the dough rose a bit too long, and one ball became a mini focaccia. The focaccia turned out so so, but the others turned out great. Baked at around 750 for 3 and a half minutes. The last one, BBQ chicken was a little over risen on the dough, but it still puffed up a bit.
Sorry about the somewhat blurry pictures. We need to send our Nikon D90 in for repairs.
