Milling your own flour for pizza or bread

Last weekend I began a new journey into the world of bread making and immediately I noticed the use of home flour milling machines that I never saw discussed here in the world of pizza making. My first question is, why is that?

My next question was; What are the advantages of milling your own flour at home?
After some quick research I found the short answer..
1.) Nutritional Value, 2.) Taste, 3.) Emergency Preparedness.

I made my first loaf of bread using store bought flour, (70% bread flour and 30% whole wheat flour), but now I'm very curious about doing the same using fresh milled flour.
