Mixed Mass Percentage Calculator

tried to use the Mixed Mass Percentage Calculator from this link http://foodsim.unclesalmon.com/   for the first time in a long time and  the list of flour  and vwg proteins didnt show. has anyone else had this problem? or is there another one somewhere?

I try to also access Novemberís mixed mass dough calculation too and couldnít at Reply 23 http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,22698.msg230559.html#msg230559 and at another reply.  MrPibbs also made a reply about it at Reply 31 http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,22698.msg231067.html#msg231067  Peter also made a post about how he could get the content of tool using his iPad, but could not access the tool from his desktop at Reply 21 http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,22698.msg230545.html#msg230545

I believe the Mixed Mass Percentage Calculator, and also the other tools at the same site, are working properly again. Those tools are hosted by member November, not by this forum. When the site went down, I sent a PM to November. He fixed everything this morning.

thx everyone. i could kinda remember proteins for the flour/ gluten i used before but  when the dough calculator gets it down to 1/100th of an ounce you sure wanna get everything right.
