My name is Lance. I have been registered on this site since 2007, but never got around to posting in the forum. I live in Florida, but I am originally from Illinois. Therefore, Chicago Style Deep Dish tops the list for me...however, the Chicago Thin/cracker style crusts have been intriguing me for some time. I have enjoyed using this site to work on perfecting my Chicago Deep Dish pizzas at home. I am planning on branching out into the cracker crust, Chicago Thin, and New York Style pizzas in the near future.
