Hello All
My name is Simon and I currently live just outside the city of Glasgow in the UK.
I've been interested in trying to recreate pizzas from some of my favourite restaurants and have been testing out various pizza dough recipes for the last four years.
I’m currently using a GFerrari pizza oven with varying success and I’m considering building a wood fired oven to try to recreate some of my favourite Neapolitan style pizzas.
