My name is Scott and I'm a Pizzaholic. I've been looking around for a site like this and want to learn the fine art, or sloppy mess, of pizza making. I have never had the pleasure of making pizza at home where it tasted anything like what you would get from a pizzeria. Granted, I never used anything more than an english muffin, pasta sauce, and any mootzarella cheese.
