I like my pie to have a crispy  but softly pliable crust with not too much sauce. With brown slightly charred spots on the bottom of the crust. The cheese drips off the sides of the slice, where it makes a stretchy mess as you pull your slice away from the pie. The outer crust is crispy, nicely browned and slightly charred in some places but still bread-like and bubbly.

This sounds good to me.  And the tip should dip down when the slice is folded in half.
